Presented by Ms Jun Chu, this seminar provided an overview of the EU GI system as well as of the EU-CN agreement and its positive impact on the Chinese market. Chef Mr Danler He, Sommelier Mr Martin Luo and the Ham Carver Mr Andy Zhang presented the organoleptic characteristics of GI products and their best pairings.
Finally, Ms Annie Jiang, a professional from the industry, shared her expertise and insights on how EU GI products represent a business opportunity for different players in the supply chain in China.
