EU Webinar on Geographic Indications

Our chef specially curated a 2-course menu prepared with the best EU ingredients and Geographical Indication registered products from the EU.  

The event involved a Master of Ceremonies (MC) and four experts, including an industrial professional on EU GI and organic quality, a chef who combined the theory with the products into dishes, a sommelier who dived deeper into a category and paired drinks with food, and a ham carver who brought the knowledge of EU cured meat while bringing visual enjoyment to the audience through his carving skills.
