Chef Zhang Zhenyu and sommelier Henry Wu provided a master class about EU food (meat, cheese, olive oil) and wines to pair with.
16.00 – 16.30: Introduction to the campaign, the speakers, agenda and brief overview of GIs in Europe.
16.30 – 17.45: Three sessions of food tasting (one type of meat, one type of cheese and one type of olive oil).
17.45 – 17.55: Blind contest in which a selection of attendees tasted all options again without knowing which product they were tasting.
