Max is seasoned hospitality professional and WSET Level 3 sommelier, she brings extensive experience garnered from years of dedicated service in hotels and restaurants. Her multifaceted roles have seen her excel in cultivating new customer relationships, curating and managing wine cellars, orchestrating restaurant events, and leading staff training sessions. In addition to her sommelier accreditation, she holds certifications in DWA Level 2, SSI Sake, and SSI Shochu, showcasing her commitment to expertise in the beverage industry. Fluent in English with a CET-6 proficiency level, she has made significant contributions in various establishments, including her recent tenure as Restaurant Manager & Sommelier at L’allée by Savor Group, preceded by roles such as Restaurant Manager & Sommelier at Maison à 3 and Alcove Lounge Supervisor / Ensue Junior Sommelier at Ensue by Savor Group. Prior to this, she served as Bar Manager at Bar Constellation, consistently demonstrating her leadership and passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
