Technical Seminar in Xian

Informative event for a professional audience, including a panel discussion and food tasting. 

A moderated panel discussion with two experts: 

Chef Zhang specializes in Western cuisine; he is an experienced cooking consultant, chef and technical director of many local restaurants and F&B companies, as well as international five-star hotels, including French Hotel Imperial Place Annecy. ​ 

Henry Wu is a skilled sommelier who has more than 10 years of experience in the wine industry. He has participated in many events and wine competitions across China. He speaks fluent Chinese and English and is very comfortable speaking in front of a large audience. 

After a brief introduction to GIs in Europe, EU products in the target categories were explained in detail to attending professionals, with a focus on characteristics of the place of origin/production process, organoleptic characteristics of each product tasted, and the best food/drink pairing options.
